It is the sole responsibilty of each rider, parent, or supervisor to ensure all safety measures are taken while riding any atv, scooter, motorcycle or gokart. The purchaser understands the danger of ATV, scooter and motorcycle related activities and acknowledges that the purchaser is qualified to operate the ATV, scooter or motorycle and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. Purchaser fully assumes and accepts all responsibilities for all risks, losses, costs and damages incurred as a result of Purchaser's participation in ATV/Motorcycle riding activities. Purchaser agrees to assume all risks when allowing others to operate Purchaser's ATV, scooter or motorycle. Purchaser is also solely responsible for understanding all local and state laws for operating an ATV, scooter or motorcycle and is required to understand local laws for safe and legal operation of the vehicle.

1. 50cc is recommended for 6 years to 11 years old.

2. 70cc-90cc ATVs are recommended for use only by those age 12 years of age and older.

3. 90cc and greater ATVs are recommended for use only by those age 16 and older.

4. For your safety, avoid paved roads, and never ride on public roads.

5. It is recommended that all ATV riders take an approved training course.

6. Always wear a helmet and eye protection when riding.

7. Do not carry passengers.

Check the laws in your state to see if there are special restrictions. Common sense should be used in deciding and a good dealer should not try to take advantage of leanancy of the laws.
